Over the past twenty years, I've honed my expertise in executive leadership, venture building, and developed new income streams for leading Australian and European startups in sectors such as HealthTech, ClimateTech, and Media.
In 2019, I founded The Portfolio Careerist to empower women in their journey towards financial independence. I offer private mentoring for those eager to cultivate multiple income streams, alongside my sold-out group program, The Portfolio Career Club, which leverages Human Design to help women rebuild the foundation of their careers and step into work that lights them up.
Additionally, I deliver engaging keynotes on the evolving nature of work and co-host of a podcast called Challenge The Work where we unravel the complex dynamics of modern work culture; inspiring people to find meaning and joy in their careers.
Beyond my professional pursuits, I am an angel investor, an avid writer, and a mother. My core mission is to empower women to develop diverse income streams and shape careers rich in purpose, flexibility, and choice.
I also curate a widely-read weekly newsletter, where I share insights from my personal journey of reinvention, how unconventional tools have profoundly influenced my life, and my belief that we are all founders of start-ups—our careers, which we continuously evolve and expand.
